Alice Faye Collins

She retired from Magnavox and attended Gethsemane United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law: Jamie and Nathan Kimery; one sister: Retha Hopson; sisters-in-law: Mary Sue Laws, Jean Laws and Levonda Chanley; brothers-in-law and their wives: Minnis and Wanda Collins, Carrol and Patsy Collins, and Joe and Barbara Collins; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mrs. Collins was preceded in death by her husband: Jay Collins; her parents: Earn and Evelyn Laws; and her foster parents: Charlie and Pearl Laws.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 8, from 4-7 p.m. at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Owen Freeman, Rev. Doug Jennings, and Rev. Tyler Rutherford officiating.

Interment will be at 11:00 .m. Tuesday in Gethsemane Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Benny Laws, Wayne S., Randy Hildenband, Jim Morrell, Guy Hopson, and Jessie Lawing.

Honorary pallbearers are Kevin Laws, Junior Gregg, Jerry Ricker, Rodge M., Royce Davis, Jim Smithson, and Taylor Hensley.
