Teresa Louise Chandler Vibbert born to Billy Joe Chandler and Marcella Kitchen on April 12, 1948. She was the oldest of 9 children, 6 of which proceeded her in death, along with her husband of 30 years Charles Allen Vibbert, Sr and one son, Zachary Allen. She is survived by sister Beverly Chandler, brother Robert (Mary) Chandler her daughter Marcella (Tommy) Penry and her baby boy Charles (Amber) Vibbert. 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She also had a host of nieces and nephews she loved. Especially her niece JennyLou whom she loved like a daughter and was so proud of her.
Services will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 1 pm at Family Bible Church 2425 Prospect St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46203.
Inurnment will follow in the Clayton Cemetery Clayton, Indiana
