Phyllis Rhae (Braun) Jennings, age 61, of Poland, Indiana passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024.
Born August 16, 1963 in Indianapolis the daughter of Bertha (Phillips) Smith.
Phyllis received her Associates Degree in accounting from Ivy Tech and went on to work as an accountant for CACI in Bloomington for several years. She also loved living on a farm raising cattle, crops and gardening.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter Michelle (husband Joshua) Sharp;mother Bertha Smith; sister Pam (husband Bird) James; brother James Braun; grandchildren Lillian Sharp and Ella Sharp; half brother Ted Braun II; nephews James Braun, Bob (wife Heather) Emminger, AJ (wife Joanna) Emminger and Ted (partner Krysten) Braun III; and nieces Keera Braun and Annie (husband Jamie) Wiggins.
Celebration of Life services will be held at the Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 4:00 PM. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM on Thursday until time of services at the funeral home.
