Cheryl was born in Terre Haute on July 13, 1954, the daughter of David A. and Elsie B. (Lowe) Reed, and was a 1972 graduate of Terre Haute South High School.
Mrs. Crawley was a member of the United States Bowling Congress (USBC), a lifelong member of the Elks Club, and a former member of the Moose. She was a bartender and cook for Varsity Lanes in for many years and she was an avid bowler.
Survivors include her daughter, Miranda Crawley; and several nieces’, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 28 years, Stephen “Bubba” Crawley; her step-mother, Henrietta Reed; seven brothers, Estol, Charlie, Les, Phil, Clifford Sr., Kerney, and Buddy Reed; and her mother and father-in-law, Randall and Marie Crawley.
Services will be held 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 24, 2023, at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Monday.
