Eula "Betty" Speer died January 24, 2021 at the age of 96. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Speer, infant daughter Linda Lou Speer, father Noah Reeves, brothers Billy and Jim Reeves, sister in law, Wilma Reeves and niece, Patricia Pester, step children, Cleona Nelson, Nita Lindbloom and Ivan Speer, and step grandson Danny Goodwine.
She is survived by her children Betty VanArsdol (Jack), Peggy Elliott and Warren Speer (Laura). Grandchildren, Cindy VanArsdol, Michelle Ellis (Carl), Stephen Moody (Aimee), Jeff Moody, step granddaughter, Nancy Adams (Bill) and step grandson, Coltin Pringle. Great grandchildren Caris Ellis, Kimber Ellis, Thomas Ellis, Tyler Moody and Nicole Moody, nieces, Debbie Kuntz (Carl), Darla Goehring and nephew Bill Reeves (Gwen).
A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at Allnutt Funeral Service, Macy Chapel, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021, also at Allnutt Macy Chapel, at 10:00 a.m. She will be buried in the Evans Cemetery next to her beloved husband, Walt.
