I went all through junior high and high school with Perry. Such a great guy!

Perry,  along with Phil Friedman, were the first Broadway stage managers with whom I worked. We did several shows together with me as Production Secretary, assistant to the Director and various other roles. Every thing I know and any skills I have have used as a Producer began with Perry.  He had a profound understanding of the theatre and the people who worked in it. Always a professional and discreet, he was also a wonderful friend and ally with a sly wit and sense of humor. Dedicated to his professions and especially to Matthew, his family and friends, Perry's legacy will surely endure. Condolences to all.

I'm very sorry to hear this news of Perry's passing. Perry was an exceptionally gifted stage manager who kept watch over the brilliant and long running Broadway musical "The Secret Garden",  of which I was very lucky to be a part. Steady, carrying, understated, unflappable, Perry guided the show like the master that he was. RIP Perry. My condolences to his family and loved ones.

Perry was an extraordinarily compassionate and generous soul. I will never forget his support for me and my mom when she was declining with Alzheimer’s. He and Matthew are like brothers to me and Perry’s spirit will be with me forever. My wife Lisa and I hold you, Matthew, in the light and in our thoughts and prayers. 

My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I owe so much to Perry. He got me my first Equity job and basically defined most of my stage management career. I will always remember how much I learned from him.  I will miss him very much.

My deepest condolences to Matthew and family.

My dearest friend Perry, gone way too soon. You were more than just a colleague, but a true genuine friend and confident to many. Our many phone conversations especially during the pandemic to keep each other sane, the catch-up lunches in the city will never be forgotten. You were the best teacher and friend someone can ask for. Your dedication and perfection to all that you did in life speaks volumes of who you truly were as a person. Respected by all and loved by many. I will miss you my dear friend. Rest easy. 

Will miss Perry dearly.   He was a dear colleague and friend.  Will miss his chats and advice.  He looked out for everyone.  One of a kind, and a true gem.   He will not be forgotten.    My sincere condolences to Matthew and family.

Perry was the most important person of my professional life. I was so fortunate to meet and work for such an extraordinary, kind, positive, multi-talented person. He made every day a fun new challenge that we could accomplish together. I will never be able to count all the things he taught me, but I will forever be grateful that he took me along on his adventures. I will  also forever admire his spirit and miss him deeply already.
