Mady Chudnoff, 78 of Scottsdale AZ & Manhasset NY passed away on May 7, 2024. Raised in Great Neck, NY she attended the University of Cincinnati, where she met her husband Clyde Jay. She raised her family in Lake Success, NY where they lived for more than 40 years. A devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother she will be remembered for her selflessness.
A 50s & 60s music enthusiast, she loved Crossword Puzzles and playing Canasta with friends. An avid golfer, she traveled and played courses worldwide, carding 3 holes in one along the way. She is survived by her husband Clyde Jay, her children Shawn Goldberg & Perry Chudnoff, brother Andrew Drazin, and their families. She will be greatly missed and always remembered.
A memorial service will be held on May 10, 2024 at 9:30AM at Riverside Nassau North Chapel, 55 N. Station Plaza, Great Neck NY.
Interment will be private.
