Scott - it is hard to keep it short when there is so much love, happiness & positive influences you spread to family, friends & customer's lives you've touched. Heaven gained an angel you will be missed but you are with many relatives that went before you. I'm glad I got the chance to share I gave my Son his middle name after you. My sympathies go out to the family of Scott. I have many good memories of Scott as a student, football player, and seller of property for me. He once sent me a Facebook message on how History had become important when discussing it with his son. Scott was more than just my student or quarterback, he became a good friend. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

I went to school with Scott, and we graduated in the same class. My heart goes out to his family. Scott will always be remembered as a good guy, with a big heart and an even larger grin. Always had a nice word to say, and was always kind. RIP classmate.

It was a shock to hear of his passing, recently I got to know Scott better than I ever had. In doing so he shared from the heart some to his life trying times, his decision to help others and his beliefs, he was truly out to help us all become better than we thought we could be. He most recently touched many of us in real estate with real estate educational systems. I had an incredibly great time playing football with him, not only was he great at defense, but had uncanny ability as our quarterback as well. We will surely miss him, A, Friend, Football team mate, a fellow Grandville high grad of 1982 , Real Estate Associate, and one of my Teachers too!. I wish his family the very best and may he RIP! I haven't seen Scott in about 30 years, but I watched him grow from a freckled face kid to young man while I worked at Grand Valley Lanes. I remember that big smile most of all. Stu, Brenda, Mike, Bill, and Doug, I am sorry for your loss and you have my deepest sympathy.
