Ronald John Boger, age 54, went to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Ron was preceded in death by his parents John and Nancy Boger. He will be remembered by his siblings Becky (Charlie) Grimaldi and Barbara (Dave) Zaagman; nieces Jenny (Ryan) Craven, Jody (Aaron) Bolt, and Melissa (Robert) Hunt; nephews Josh (Mindy) Grimaldi and Jeff Zaagman; seven great-nephews and three great-nieces; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Ron was a friend to all. He loved and cared for everyone he met. He was selfless and kind. He had a personal relationship with his Savior, Jesus Christ. Now he is enjoying eternity in Heaven because he put his hope and trust in Jesus to pay for his sins. His love for the Lord was first and foremost, but he loved his family fiercely. He never was too busy to help them and loved to shower them with gifts. As co-owner of Elders Appliance, he treated his employees as family. He was a wonderful leader and a friend more than a boss. He always put others before himself. Ron was a living example of the love of his Savior. As the Elders slogan says, he was “Simply Unbelievable.”
Visitation with friends and relatives will take place from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI 49418.
