Dykstra – Mary Jane Dykstra, age 86, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2015. She was born September 26, 1929 the daughter of Arie and Jeanette (DeWitt) Jipping Sr. She married Martin Dykstra on February 13, 1948.
Mary Jane is survived by her children, Ronald (Marilyn) Dykstra, Donald (Julie) Dykstra, Deborah (John) Van Solkema, Mark (Karen-Jane Henry) Dykstra, seven grandchildren, eight great- grandchildren, one brother, Arie Jipping Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, Steven and a sister Anna Lynn Jipping.
A Memorial Service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the Cook Memorial Chapel in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St., S.W. (East building). The family will receive friends and relatives Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
Memorials may be directed to Grand Rapids Hospice or a charity of one’s choice.
