Sharon Grace Burton, 54, resident of Grandview, MO, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 9:45 pm, at KU Medical Center. Sharon was born January 27, 1970 at Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY she was the daughter of Grace E. Barth and the late John K. Barth.
Sharon has worked many jobs, always excelling wherever she was. She went back to school and completed her Bachelor’s degree in business. Her latest position at U. S. Engineering, she was in charge of all HVAC techs and was loved by all. Anyone who knows Sharon loved her from their first meeting. She absolutely loved the Kansas City Chiefs, always wearing red and chief’s stuff. She even played real football on the KC Krunch with her sister, Susan. Tailgating was one of our favorite activities. She is survived by Grace ( her mom ), her sisters Susan and Laura. Sharon was preceded in death by her dad, John K Barth and her brother John A Barth.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 5-7 pm beginning with the celebration of the Rosary located at McGilley and George funeral home 12913 Grandview Rd. Grandview, MO 64030.
The Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 10:30 am, Coronation of Our Lady Church, 13000 Bennington Ave Grandview, MO 64030. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the church.
