Bill was a graduate of Central High School and went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Marine Corps. Bill served during the Vietnam war and earned a purple heart and good conduct medal for his service. Bill was so proud of his service to this grateful nation. After his military career, he worked for American Seating on the manufacturing line until he retired. In his freetime, Bill enjoyed watching football - especially The University of Michigan and The Detroit Lions, spending time on the water, and being outdoors. Bill made friends wherever he went. He loved nothing more than to hang out at a local bar with his buddies watching the game with a nice cold beer. He always knew how to make you laugh with his quick jokes and funny stories.
