Wayne Cosby passed away on November 19, 2019. Wayne was born to Virgil Carter and Medora Collier Cosby on December 3, 1936 on Sneed Kasner Ranch near Zep Store at the Crossroad between Rosebud and Temple, Texas. He attended school at Milford, Texas. Wayne enlisted in the Air Force on May 4, 1956, and was discharged November 22, 1959 as an Airman 2nd Class Radiology Specialist. Prior to retiring, Wayne was a radiologic technician, but his real passion was as a master craftsman, inventor, and watch and clock maker. His genius designs are treasured by his friends and family.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Lora Lanette Miller, his daughters Trlica Cosby Kennedy and Christy Mendoza, sons-in-law Curt Kennedy and Eric Mendoza, and his grandchildren: Eric Mendoza II, Victoria Mendoza, Celeste Kennedy, and Jackson Kennedy. Wayne is also survived by his brothers, Tim Cosby, John Cosby, Lee Cosby, and many nieces and nephews.
