Rebecca (Becky) Suzanne (Baker) Carr, was born in Dallas, Texas on February 25, 1950, to J.W (Buddy) & Iodell Baker. She was welcomed with loving and open arms to her Eternal home by her Heavenly Father on Monday, April 1, 2013.
She was a wonderful, loving and beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend. During her 40+ years as a nurse, and in the medical profession, she dedicated her life to helping others. In addition, Becky proudly served 6 years as a Corpsman in the United States Naval Reserve. She will be truly missed by all whose lives she has touched.
She is survived by her daughter, Buffianne Elizabeth Baker; sons, Brently Samuel Baker, Matthew Brady Bogard and Kevin Daniel Carr and daughter-in-law Lanie Caroline Bogard all of Grand Prairie, TX; her grandchildren; Brently Samuel Baker Jr., Lauren Bailey Bogard, Bryan Dylan Baker & Jackson Brady Bogard.
She is also survived by brothers and sisters; Thomas Earl Getty of Brownwood, TX; James Dale Baker of Baytown, TX; Glen Colin Baker of Mesquite, TX; Charles Edward Baker of Terrell, TX and Molly Caroline Godwin of Midlothian, TX and Paula Jimette Coxe of Grand Prairie, TX; and many nieces, nephews and great friends.
