William Lawrence Leslie

William Lawrence Leslie, age 63, went home to be with the Lord on September 24, 2023 in Grand Junction, CO. He was born on June 17, 1960 to Robert and Mary Leslie in Ohio. He married the love of his life, Wanda Leslie, and together they had two children, Jereme Lucero, and Farrah Lucero, both of Grand Junction, CO., He had his first son, William Jr. of Ohio, from a previous marriage.

William was a proud owner of his own Trucking Company. He loved driving his truck, riding his Harley, hunting and reading the Bible.

William was a faithful man who loved the Lord. He lived his life trying to be the man God wanted him to be and enjoyed making his family happy. He was proud of his children and grandchildren and of his loving marriage under God. He enjoyed making others laugh, but most of all, he enjoyed being with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert A. Leslie and Mary A. Leslie; his brother, George E. Leslie; sister, Linda M. Ansinger; and grandchild, Stephon Lucero. He is survived by his loving wife, Wanda V.; children, William Jr., Jereme Lucero, and Farrah Lucero; and his grandchildren, Austin, Jordan, Makayla, Dreyez, Diongeio, Nadia, Angelo, Uriah and Diona.
