Roxine was born to John and Norma Evans, July 28, 1960 in Craig, CO. The youngest of four children, she had two great passions…her family and ranching. She met the love of her life, Mark Foster in 1978 at a dance in Dixon, WY. They danced through the night as they did in life, in step as partners. They were married January 5, 1980, where they spent the next 40 years sharing their passion for life, livestock, and teaching their absolute moral compass to their four children. Their love for ranching, whitewater rafting, fishing, and dancing was infectious and carried over into every aspect of their life together. Roxine enjoyed riding horses, branding, stock shows, concerts, cooking meals for her family and watching her children grow in life and love. Roxine will always be remembered for her passion for hard work, honesty, and her love for all animals, including her innumerable cows, 65 goats, 3 dogs, and an uncountable amount of chickens.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Foster; mother, Norma Evans; brother, Jack Evans; her four children, Amanda, Sammi Jo (husband, Jim), Travis (wife, Ashleigh), and Amy; and eight grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, John Evans; brother, George Evans; sister, Marie Evans; and son-in-law, Jeff Marrs.
