Patricia Ann Wong, 79, Grand Junction, died December 18, 2015, at her home. Services will take place at 2:30 PM Saturday at the First United Methodist Church, 522 White Avenue. Mrs. Wong was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, George E.; four sons, Paul Yutzy of Clifton, David Yutzy of Bahrain, Kevin Wong and Kerry Wong, both of Grand Junction; two daughters, Kimberly Wong of Grand Junction, and Kaye Wong of Phoenix; one brother, Donald Smith of Ocala, Florida; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Patricia Ann Wong went to her heavenly home on Monday, December 21, 2015. Pat was 79 years old.
Pat was born to Lawrence and Maxine Smith on March 8, 1936, in the town of Gering, NE. The family moved to Colorado where she graduated from Littleton High School in 1953. She attended business college in Denver. She married and had two sons, Paul Yutzy II of Grand Junction, and David Yutzy of Bahrain. She moved to California and then back to Colorado where she met and married George Edward Wong in 1960.
During their marriage of 55 years, they traveled to Spain, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada. They lived in Hawaii for two years where George was employed by the Federal Aviation Administration. Together, they had four children, Kevin, Kim, and Kerry Wong of Grand Junction, and Kaye Wong of Phoenix.
Pat enjoyed traveling, reading and journaling. She loved being involved in her church and was in the church choir. Her relationship with the Lord and her family was the most important part of her life.
She is survived by her husband, George; her six children; her nine grandchildren, and her 13 great-grandchildren.
