Margie L Brown

She was born on August 9, 1928, on her folk’s farm outside of Loup City, Nebraska, to the late Mark and Sadie Johansen, along with two brothers, Jack (deceased) and Jim. She spent her childhood in Nebraska where she graduated from high school and attended a business college. Margie married, and later divorced, Nelson Brown.

Margie is survived by three children, Rod Brown, Melton Brown, and Julie (Earl) Noetzelman; five grandkids; and 15 great-grandkids.

Margie was a secretary, housewife, and in later years, worked in the food industry where she retired. She attended area churches until her hearing got bad. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, collecting owl items, and spending time with family and friends. During this summer, spent lots of time with her many great/grandkids which she fully enjoyed.
