Gary spent of his younger years in Valentine, Nebraska. He graduated from High School in Vernal, Utah, in 1977, then served a tour of duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a construction carpenter and enjoyed hunting rocks, old bottles, and creating driftwood art.
Gary is survived by his brother, Rick, of Paonia, CO; sisters, Sherri Bacon, of Valentine, NE, and Cindy Sanderson, of Redding, CA.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Delmar and Joan Robinson. Cremation has taken place, internment will be at the Veterans Cemetery in Grand Junction. No services are planned.
