Sandra Martin Sells

Sandra Martin Sells, age 77, of Galesburg, Illinois passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023. Sandra was born on July 9, 1945 in Yorktown, Illinois to the late Harry and Geneva Martin. Sandra graduated from Tampico Illinois High School birthplace of Ronald Reagan. She worked as a cook in Monmouth and Galesburg, Illinois. Sandra worked at Walmart snack bar as a manager for many years before retiring from Walmart. She attended Carl Sandburg College for accounting and she made the dean's list. Sandra enjoyed reading, gardening,visiting with friends and especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory her 3 children;Tonia, Donnie Tara and bonus daughter Sammie, several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents,siblings and daughter Lola. There will be no service at this time for Sandra,per her wishes but a celebration of life will be planned at at later date for her. A memorial contribution in her honor can be made to the Leukemia association.
