Ronald was born on February 25, 1950, to the late James and Jean (Vallette) Hall in Pontiac, Michigan. While he was a student at Lake Orion High School, he was the number one wrestler in the state. Ronald was later offered a wrestling scholarship to attend Central Michigan University. He, along with his loving wife, Pearl, raised three beautiful children: Chris, Vicky and Brian. In his earlier years, Ronald served in the United States Army. During that time, he and Pearl visited many countries including Germany, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland. He later traveled to Ireland, which was his favorite.
Ronald dedicated thirty-six years to General Motors where he worked as a tool maker. In his spare time, he loved to go fishing, and he also enjoyed going dancing. Ronald was the "go to guy" if you needed something fixed. He was amazing with his skills, and could literally fix anything. Ronald was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, and will be dearly missed by his family and all who had the privilege to know him.
Ronald leaves behind his loving wife of 52 years, Pearl; children Chris (Dana) Hall from Grand Blanc, Vicky (Rich) Reyes of Davison, and Brian (Kim) Hall of Georgia; grandchildren Kaylee, Owen, Zoey, Nate, Ava and Christian; siblings Steve (Theresa) Hall, Mary (Rick) Agelink, Larry (Robin) Hall and Anne (Jerry) Curry; and brother in law Sonny (Deborah) Pavlinac.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or Compassus Hospice in Ronald's honor.
A visitation for Ronald will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Hill Funeral Home - 11723 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc, MI, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment with military honors will occur at Square Lake Cemetery, Lake Orion, MI.
