The youngest daughter of Donald Malosh and Mary Malosh (Schaich), she was born in Flint, Michigan on November 13, 1965. She grew up in Flint, along with her sisters Louise, June, and Mary. She graduated in 1984 from Southwestern High School. Though she and Robert attended high school together, they only began to date after she picked him up at Kmart as a blue light special.
Donna married Rob on August 23, 1986, and she had two children, Ashleigh and Melissa. She also loved and helped raise her two grandchildren Nathaniel and Ethan.
Donna was an avid gardener; her favorite flowers were lilies. Donna loved to bake, so much so that she developed the nickname “the Pie Lady”. She was passionate about coffee, taking it with cream only, after she cut back on the sugar.
She is survived by her husband Robert, daughters Melissa Shannon of East Lansing, MI, Ashleigh Shannon of Flint, MI; her grandchildren Nathaniel Shannon, and Ethan Shannon; her sisters Louise Burwell of Flushing, MI, June (Wade) Sage of Flint MI, and Mary Sullivan of Davison MI.

Visitation at Browns Funeral Home will be on February 22, 2022 from 10am to 1pm, with service to immediately follow, Pastor Sarah Nettel officiating.
