Chuck Rushlow Jr.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11am with one hour of visitation prior to the service at Goodrich United Methodist Church - 8071 S State Rd, Goodrich, MI 48438 . Chuck was born October 14, 1960 in Grand Traverse, Michigan to Charles Rushlow, Sr. and Sharon Florida. In North Carolina in 1987, Chuck married the love of his life Christine Bowman. Chuck worked as a machine repairman for GM, then later Nexteer Automotive for several years. He coached hockey for Ice Mountain in Burton for 6 years. He loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time in the woods. But most of all he treasured every moment spent with his family. Chuck was a wonderful man and will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife, Christine; children: Courtney (Ryan Atkinson) Rushlow, CJ (Kylee Corwin) Rushlow, Michael Rushlow; his father, Charles Rushlow, Sr.; siblings: Michael Rushlow, Michelle (Ron) Koenig; several nieces and nephews; and many other loving family members and special friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Florida; nephew, Christopher Bowman; and stepmom, May Rushlow. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to Flint Diabetes Education, AA (alcohol anonymous) or Goodrich United Methodist Church in memory of Chuck.
