Frances "Granny Franny" Miller

Frances Miller, age 84, of Merritt Island, Florida peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Fran was born December 23,1939 in Chambersburg, PA to Alice Ealy Cupper and Carl Walter Miller. She is survived by her three children, Deborah Lynn Blanco, John Anthony Miller and Carla Sue Gregorich and her two grandchildren, Katrina Marie Blanco and Samantha Diane Miller.

Fran Miller was known to many as Granny Franny. She lived her life to the fullest and was never afraid to try something new. She travelled thru out the world and loved the ocean, boating, scuba diving, shelling in Sanibel and Captiva Island and watching the sunrises and sunsets.

Fran spent a portion of her life as a ballroom dancer and managing Arthur Murray's dance studio. She then moved on to working as a pre-need counselor helping others arrange their funeral plans. She always said this was her calling, helping others at the hardest of times. At the nursing home, she was a social butterfly and brought comfort to many people and always had a giggle or smile for those around her.
