Vicki Musick

Vicki Lee Musick, 60, of Buckeye, AZ died May 24th, 2014 in Gilbert, AZ.  She was born October 13th, 1953 in Shreveport, LA (Barksdale AFB) to Harold and Peggy Williams.  Vicki grew up on the family farm in Bedford, VA where she rode horses and played softball.  After graduating Stanton River High School, Vicki attended the University of Virginia at Charlottesville, VA where she attained a Bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1973.  Vicki worked at Roanoke memorial for 10 years.  She moved to Arizona in 1985; worked at Scottsdale Memorial for 10 years; and most recently was the school nurse at Corte Sierra Elementary School.  She enjoyed going to Tombstone in character.  Loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Vicki is survived by her husband Larry; her parents Peggy and Harold Williams; brother Dale Williams of Bedford, VA; sons Scott and Chad Martin of Bedford, VA, and Nicholas Dodson of Surprise; daughter Jamie Dodson of Tempe; stepdaughters Brandy Musick of Phoenix, Aimee Kahle of Largo, Florida, Cassie Musick of Austin, TX, Brittany Musick of Buckeye; stepsons Joshua and Jordan Musick of Buckeye; and 9 grandchildren.  A celebration of life service will be held from 1pm to 4pm on Wednesday, June 4th at Corte Sierra Elementary School, 3300 N.
