Pamela Kay Zajdel, 46, of Avondale died February 5, 2011 in Goodyear. She was born September 15, 1964 in Miami, FL to Carol Busbee and Robert Mrkvicka. Pamela worked in the medical field. She moved to Arizona in 1980.
Pamela is survived by her daughter Kayla Marie Zajdel, her parents Carol Busbee and Robert Mrkvicka, her sister Laura Wells, and brother Daniel Mrkvicka.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 10:00am at Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear, AZ, with the service to follow at 11:00am.
