Jeanette Ortiz of Avondale, Arizona passed away May 3, 2023 at the age of 56. She was born December 7, 1966 in Phoenix, Arizona to Johnny Martinez and Ester Trevino.
A funeral service will be held at 10am, Friday, May 26 at Thompson Funeral with the visitation prior at 9:20am. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
