Monica Lynn Beaver-Velazquez, 50, of Rainbow Valley in Buckeye, died March 8, 2013. She was born on July 4, 1962 to Paul and Jean Beaver in Phoenix, Arizona. She Married David Velazquez on August 7, 1993 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was a nail technician at Maricopa Beauty College, a hotel manager in San Francisco, she also attended Glendale Community College and Buckeye Union High School. She was a member of Liberty School District parent volunteer and site council member. She is survived by her husband David Velazquez; daughters Chantil and Anjelica Beaver-Velazquez; son David L. Velazquez; sister Julie Kelsch; brothers Monty and Russell Beaver; and mother Jean Beaver; and her four grandchildren, Yasmine, Che, Rosamarie, and Diana. A visitation will be held from 5pm to 9pm on Friday, March 15th at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ.
