Jeffery Oscar Kempiak, age 50 of Buckeye, AZ died May 4, 2019 in Goodyear, AZ. He was born January 30, 1969 in Park Ridge, IL to Carol and Richard Kempiak, Jr. Jeffery lived in Des Plaines, IL for many years. He worked as a musician and a performer. He was an avid Cubs fan. He had a great sense of humor and could tell a good joke. He was a loving father and a good brother, who insisted on living his life on his own terms.
Jeffery is survived by his son, Tristan Storm Kempiak; mother, Carol Kempiak; brother, Richard Allen Kempiak (Kathy); and sister-in-law, Kymberly Kempiak. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Kempiak, Jr.; sister, Cheryl Watt; and brother Jonathan Kempiak. Burial will be at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park, 400 S Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85206. The family suggests that donations be made to an Addiction Recovery Center of your choice.
