Mr. James (Jim) Andrew Tearpak, 63, of Goodyear, died March 31, 2013 in Goodyear. He was born on April 26, 1949 to James Andrew Tearpak and Frances Rose Tearpak in Cleveland, Ohio. Jim, as he was known to many, was a member of the California Teachers Association; Italian Benevolent Society of Amador County; and the Pebble Creek Senior Softball Association. Jim taught in the public school system and later retired as an instructor at Mule Creek State Prison. His best job ever! He was a great guy, loving father and friend to all. He is survived by his wife Sue Tearpak; daughter Bonnie Tearpak; son David (Kori) Tearpak; sister Fran Tearpak; and 2 grandchildren, Claire and Miles Tearpak. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Barbara Arnold and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bud and Frances Tearpak.
