Elaine Francis Oubre, 81, of Avondale, passed away July 26, 2013. She was born June 19, 1932 in West Virginia. Loving wife and mother, married to Gene Hubert Oubre for 59 years. She is survived by her husband Gene; and daughters Catherine Oubre, Deborah Oubre and Jennifer Caminiti. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 5, 2013 at Thompson Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Rd., Goodyear, AZ.
