Ben DeHaan, 65 of Lakeside, AZ passed away November 4, 2016. He was born January 17, 1951 in Kalamazoo, MI to Jake and Jennie (Balkema) DeHaan. He is survived by his wife, Patty DeHaan; daughter Suzan (Brandon) Valencia; sons, Jeromy (Lisa) DeHaan, Jason (Kim) DeHaan, Scott (Mike) Adams, Chris (Tami) Adams; sisters, Gert (Mike) Wheeler, Kay (Jerry) Coulter, Ruth (Robin) DeHaan-Drumm; and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Jennie DeHaan.
