Christian Elijah Hernandez-Rader, an infant, of Avondale, passed away Nov. 19, 2012, at Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix. He is survived by his mother Gina Hernandez. Private services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Thompson Funeral Chapel in Goodyear, Ariz.
