Robert Wayne Neely, age 82, of Pleasant View, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. Wayne was born Saturday, March 2, 1940 in Nashville, Tennessee. Wayne is preceded in death by his wife, Camilla Yvonne Neely; parents, J B and Ruby Waters Neely; sister Linda Sadler and brother, Jimmy Neely.
A veteran of the US Army, Wayne was a self-employed machinist and owner of Neely Machine Shop, he enjoyed fishing and Sprint Car Racing. He is survived by Tammy Burke, Annisa (Troy) Miller, and Jacob Hodge; grandchildren, Brittany Woodard & Bristol Miller.
A visitation for Wayne will be held Monday, March 21, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, Tennessee, followed by a a celebration of life at 2:00 PM with Pastor Alan Baggett officiating.
Wayne will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
