Born in Nashville, TN, Debbie is preceded in death by her father Rodney Swann. She is survived by her loving husband, Tim Butler and their daughter Whitney Lynn Nutter (Joe); her mother Dianne (Oldham) Swann; sister Sandy Swann; grandchildren Reagan and Orion; other beloved extended family and 'FRamily.’
A graduate of Goodpasture Christian School in Madison, Debbie made a successful career in the banking business. Devoted to her family and known as "GiGi" to her cherished grandchild, Reagan. Debbie loved putting together family gatherings and enjoying time with her family. Her vibrant, caring nature could brighten the darkest day and Debbie always put others before herself. She loved the people in her life, unconditionally.
Visitation for Debbie Butler will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 12pm ~ 2pm with a funeral chapel service officiated by Pastor Jeremy Sisk to begin at 2pm and burial to follow, all at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 S. Dickerson Pike Rd., Goodlettsville, TN.
