Darel Michael Parrish Jr.

Darel Michael Parrish, Jr. age 40, passed away Tuesday, September 26th, 2023. Darel was born on Thursday, June 23rd, 1983 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee; preceding in death are his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Darel enjoyed spending time with his son, Brady, his family, and friends; he also enjoyed drag racing.

He worked at Capitol Wholesale Fence Company for over 14 years. He is survived by his wife, Allison (Grider) Parrish; son, Brady Michael Parrish; mother, Pamela (Padgett) Parrish; father, Darel Michael Parrish, Sr.; sister, Desiree Sutton (Fredrick Jones); mother-in-law, Marketta Grider; sisters-in-law, Jordan Phillips (Steven), Whitney Ellis (Bryon); nephews, Joshua Jr., Atlei; nieces, Aubree, Elora, Charlie.

Family and friends will gather to remember Darel at a visitation Monday, October 2nd, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

Following the visitation, a celebration of life service will be at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Forest Lawn with Minister Carmen Smith officiating.

Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorials Gardens with David Smith, Fredrick Jones, Bryon Ellis and Steven Phillips serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers, Darel Parrish Sr. and Brady Parrish.
