Cara “Annette” Ford age 59 passed away on November 11, 2015. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved Elvis, her cats and vacationing in Gatlinburg, TN. She is survived by her husband of 7 years Barry Clark Ford; children, Nathan Wade (Kate) Hollis, Timothy Hardin (Nicole) Hollis, Joseph Samuel Hollis; daughters of the heart, Tiffany (Sam Dean) Ford, Ashley (Thomas) Williams; brother, Mart Wayne (Mary) Dowden; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday November 17th from 1-2 Pm with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 2 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Jon Briggs officiating.
