Winfred "Bubba" Knowlton

Winfred Wayne “Bubba” Knowlton, age 58 and a resident of Livingston, La passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024. He was born in Manning, South Carolina. He grew up in New Zion , South Carolina and moved to Georgia then Louisiana. He attended East Clarendon High School and then attended West Georgia Technical College where he received a welding certificate. Bubba is survived by his children, Brandon DeWayne Runels (Felicia Bellard) of Livingston, La, Justin Wayne Knowlton (Michelle Ellison) of Texas, and Kristen Breez Knowlton of Rome, Georgia; 2 sisters, Susan Knowlton Coe (Sammy) of Scranton, South Carolina, and Nica Knowlton Floyd of New Zion, South Carolina; he had 8 grandchildren who he loved dearly. He also had many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Earline Smith Knowlton; father, Winfred Wayne Knowlton Sr.; step-mother, Linda Fowler Knowlton; and nephew, Jackson Printess Floyd. To know him was to love him. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at 1 PM at Manoah Independent Methodist Church 747 Cooktown Rd, Lake City, SC 29560. In Lieu of flowers, memorials can be made on his behalf to Manoah Independent Church or New Zion United Methodist Church. Arrangements by Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, La.
