Mrs. Wanda Faye Fife Mayers

Wanda Faye Mayers age 65 died peacefully on Wednesday March 16, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Wanda was a native and a resident of Gonzales, LA. and devoted homemaker. Wanda is survived by her husband Graylin Mayers of Gonzales, LA. . 1 Daughter and Son-in-law DeShea LeBlanc and Luke of Gonzales, LA.. 3 Sons and 1 Daughter-in-law, Corey Mayers, Wesley Mayers and Glynna , and Jarred Mayers all of Gonzales, LA.. 3 Sisters and 2 Brothers-in-law, Mackey Jean Scott and Ken of Prairieville, Alberta Gomez and Steve of Gonzales, LA. and Vera Boudreaux of Gonzales, LA.. 3 Brothers and 3 Sisters-in-law, Joe Fife and Juanita of Gonzales, LA., John Wayne Fife and Cindy of St. Amant, LA. and Don Fife and Jackie of Sorrento, LA.. 2 Grandchildren, Jadyn LeBlanc and Deven Mayers. Also survived by Brothers-in-law and Sisters-in-law and Spouses, Lynette and Joe Cagnalotti of Gonzales, LA. and Tina and Ricky Morin of Gonzales, LA.. Mrs. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents McGuffey and Valburg Gautreau Fife and 2 Brothers-in-law, Melvin Boudreaux and Barry Brignac.

Visitation will begin on Friday March 18, 2016 at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales, LA. from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will resume on Saturday March 19, 2016 at 9:00 am until a celebration of Mrs. Wanda’s life at 11:00 am by Deacon Jimmy Little. Burial will follow at the Hope Haven Garden of Memory Cemetery in Gonzales, LA.. Pallbearers will be Corey, Wesley and Jarred Mayers, Lathan Fife, Luke LeBlanc and Scott Morin.
