Marion Leblanc Walker

She went to her eternal rest on November 26, 2021. She lived a full life of 89 good years.

She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She loved being around family, enjoyed music, dancing and travel. She was a parishioner of St. Anne Catholic Church in Sorrento. She shared her faith, time, heart and home.

She is preceded in death by her husband John William Walker of 49 years, son; Wade Walker, grandchildren; Raye-Ann DeGrasse and Matthew Hughes.

She is survived by her daughters; Karen Darcey, Kristine Hughes (Greg), Carol LouViere (Corey). Grandchildren; Jason Walker, Ian Darcey, Jamie Millet, Erin White, Sarah Duplessis, Seth White and Cade White. Great-grandchildren; Brianna Hughes, Kaysin Walker, Gavin Cullens, Jace Walker, Annalise Millet, Liam Duplessis, Auron White and one great-great grandson Dawson Luke.

Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy., Gonzales, LA 70737. A mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM held at St. Anne Catholic Church, 7348 Main St. Sorrento, LA 70778. Entombment will follow at Holy Rosary in St. Amant.
