Allie Elizabeth Braud

Allie Elizabeth Braud, a resident of Prairieville, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at the age of 29. She is survived by her parents, John Joseph Braud II and Martha Lapeyrolerie Braud; brother Scott and spouse Andres (Molinary) Braud; paternal grandmother Edith Gainey Braud; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and her adorable Shih Tzu, Roxy. Preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Huey P. Braud; her maternal grandparents, Jerome and Ruth Lapeyrolerie; her aunt, Paula Guzzardo and uncles, Gary and Charles Braud. She attended Dutchtown High School, Ascension Christian Academy, Medical Training College and received an associate’s degree from Baton Rouge School of Computers. Allie enjoyed seeing and spending time with her Morganza and Prairieville families. She will be greatly missed by both. A time of remembrance and visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 9:00AM to 11:00 AM with graveside services to follow at Serenity Oaks. A gathering of friends and family will follow at the Braud home. In lieu of flowers please contribute to your favorite charity or animal rescue or shelter in Allie’s name, as she loved all animals.
