Hello my dear, dear friends/family.

I would like to share one of my favorite memories of your mother/wife/grandmother. 
Our family lived across the street when we were all not even in high school yet.  One day we were really wanting to go roller skating, but we needed a ride. We worked out a deal with your mom that if we picked all the weeds and regular grass out of the dichondra they had growing in the front yard, she would take us.  You guys had a weed free yard, and we all got to go roller skating. Win, win.
And swimming. That pool has always been my favorite pool of all-time. She was always good about letting a bunch of kids cool off.
This was about 1968-69.  She was fun.

My earliest memories of JoAnn are always interlaced with memories of Lyndee and our clogging days.
JoAnn was such a proud and devoted mom that it warmed my heart to watch her as she beamed over the daughter she loved so much.
I think that many of our world’s problems would be so much less if all children had parents who adored them.
Rest in Peace, JoAnn and enjoy being an angel as you watch over your beautiful family.
