He later joined the California Wave helping them to become the best 16-and-under hockey team in the nation winning “Nationals” in Rochester NY. During this time, the team was interviewed, followed, and filmed for “In the Crease” a movie based around the team’s successes. From ages 5 to 16 he played with the Charter Oak Baseball league and the Bonita High School baseball team. Manager/Coach Terry Paredez has been a lasting friend.
