On Sunday, May 10, 2020, Arthur Benjamin Duschane, “Papa”, loving husband, father of 5 children, passed away at the age of 90. He was a grandfather to 12 grandchildren, and great grandfather to 8 great grandchildren. His passion, besides his family, was art, so his name suited him well. Papa was the most kind, caring, and loving man, and knew how to put a smile on anyone’s face that walked in the room. Whether you knew him or not, his energy always gave life to those around him. He never seized to put the well-beings of others before his own. He was the epitome of selflessness and unconditional love. Regardless of how one may have felt a certain day, in Papa’s eyes they were always “a model babeh!!” He knew how to make anyone feel like they were the most wonderful person in the world. Papa was an inspiration to so many and has touched so many lives. Papa made everyone feel loved and often expressed this with a big embrace. He enjoyed sharing stories with everyone around him. Because of all of the wonderful qualities he had and all of the memories he made with everyone, Papa will never be forgotten.
