Thayer "Ted" Crane Lindauer, 79, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away September 26, 2019. He was born in Montclair, NJ on December 12, 1939, to John and Louise Lindauer. Ted graduated from North High School and received both an A.B. and J.D. from the University of Chicago. Ted had his own private law practice for over 50 years and was a member of the Arizona State Bar. He had a passion for law, politics, reading, and history. He is survived by his former spouse, Helen; his children Cathy, Aimee, April, Peggy, Ted Jr., Sean, and Jennifer; grandchildren Jessica, Javier, Kate, Bella, Hunter, Hollis, and Milo; great-grandchildren Maddox, Melanie, and Benjamin; his siblings John and Ruth; as well as the rest of his extended family and countless friends he made over his 79 years of life. A celebration of life is being scheduled on Saturday, December 7, 2019 beginning at 12pm at Bottega Pizzeria Ristorante at The Citadelle, 19420 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85308. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made in Ted's honor to the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Ted was a hardworking man and his love for his family will be truly missed.
