August 2nd..would have been his 91st birthday but it just wasn't meant to be I guess. Kim came to Phoenix so she and I took flowers to his grave and sat under the shade of a huge tree with his picture sitting on the headstone. We brought 2 cold beers (Coors of course) and wished him a heavenly birthday , along with our memories of him. He leaves us ALL with an empty hole in our hearts. 

Monday, August 2nd...Richard's birthday.
Kim and I took flowers to his grave.We also took 2 camping chairs and sat under a shade tree in front of his headstone... popped a cold beer(COORS of course) in honor of his birthday..he would have been 91 but it just wasn 't meant to be I guess. His picture Kim propped up on his headstone was a comfort to us as we shared sweet memories of her pop and my sweetie. You are deeply missed Richard and will be forever held close in our hearts.
Dorothy

Richard and I met via an on-line-dating gig. My 2 daughters signed me up with one but I chose not to renew my name after a year of so-so encounters. Richard's daughter and son-in-law signed him up and he liked my  profile and wrote to me giving me his Washington phone number. I called him (inspired by the fact there was a LONG distance between us.) So we got acquainted over the many, many great conversations.
  Then comes April and we get to actually meet each other and we just clicked.
We developed a mantra  that went "Thank you Laura, Mary, Kim,, Steve and Dorothy"
Dorothy being a dear friend since 2nd grade..who encouraged me to not give up on the dating gigs..I would find someone.(And I found this wonderful, caring and sweetest man beyond my expectations.)
  I miss him♡♡

Richard Greer is forever in our hearts. He always pointed us to a higher standard in business with his thorough work and training as a CPA.  He helped us through so many adjustments and changes in business, and was a trusted and kind friend and mentor.  He was willing to share his successes and experience in every field of endeavor, and with patience he taught us as much as we could absorb.  We did not see him this winter and with regret we acknowledge this missed opportunity. He could not be held in higher esteem by us and those who were privileged to know and benefit from his skill, knowledge, generosity, and goodness. We grieve with you at his passing. God bless you each.  May His eternal love and goodness draw you closer to God and bring comfort during this time.

Kim , Rick and family  Richard was a great man he was very kind and warm to us may he RIP my sincere sympathy to all. 

In memory of a loving man, I was only 16 when I first met Uncle Richard, when my Aunt and Uncle came to England, I will never forget what a wonderful and kind man he was, and I worried how he would cope when my Aunt passed, he was so loving, worried more about me, than himself, and I was more worried about him, but he found love and happiness in Dorothy,  she completed him, and they spent some very happy years together. Thank you Dorothy for making him so happy. I want to send all the family my love and sincere condolences at this sad time. Thank you Kimberly for allowing me still too grieve with you all, though I'm miles away, I am with you all in grieving for the loss of this wonderful man. The world is a sadder place without uncle Richard in it. Forever and always, all my love Lorna xxxxxx 

So sorry Kim, Steve, Rick, and family. You guys are in our thoughts and prayers. Godspeed
