He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Ruth, a son James (daughter-in-law Karen), daughter Debbie (son-in-law Phil Shoemaker), four grandchildren: Tiffany, Jeremy, Michelle, and kellie and three great grandchildren: Hayley, Ray, Ryder, and Jordan. He also leaves his brother, Roy, (sister-in-law Beverly) Reynolds of Marion, Kansas and riend/brother-in-law Jim (sister-in-law Vera) Fordyce of Washington, PA. His nieces/nephews Jim and Jeff Fordyce, Rick Brown, Roy Jr., Kathy Dowell, Kevin and Darin Reynolds.
Ray attended Larned High School, Larned Kansas and served his country in the U.S. Army in Korea in 1954-1955.
Ray and Ruth moved their family from Washington, PA to Phoenix, AZ in 1963.
He worked until his retirement in 2000 from Pacific Motor Trucking and Container Packaging Service.
Ray enjoyed his time off camping with friends and family as was known as a master craftsman.
Ray was beloved by all who knew him, and was encouraged by his friends and family through his long term illness and will be missed.
