On April 10, 2022, while visiting her two sons in Phoenix, AZ, Patricia passed away unexpectedly, in the arms of her son Kenneth R. Lamb. A native San Diegan of 73 years, Patricia was born in 1948 and was one of eleven children born to John and Natalie Ortega. She is survived by her three children James C. Lamb, IV, Kenneth R. Lamb, and Angelia M. Lamb, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Also surviving are her siblings Johno, Joseph, Robert, Mary, Tony, Angel, and Virgil.
Patricia’s strong passion for the Word of God (Jehovah) began a journey of study to become an ordained minister of the gospel. She received her Advanced Diploma of Biblical Wisdom Degree and Certificate of Ordination June 2016 via Wisdom University in Tulsa, OK.
Patricia worked for the San Diego Transit for 34 years before she retired and established many acquaintances on her routes. A few of those acquaintances became close friendships.
Mother, what a great “mama” you were to us children. Always loving us unconditionally no matter what. Although we know you’re with the Lord now, there is no replacing your spirit. You will be missed!
A private Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, 1700 Cabrillo Memorial Dr, San Diego, CA 92106.

Pat, I still can’t believe you are gone. When I was in America, you knew my troubles, and you were always there with open arms, to listen and, no matter what you was going through yourself. You were my strength when I was there, my best friend who I could always turn to. 
You will be sorely missed by all who were fortunate enough to know you, and have you in their lives.
I only pray that you are now out of pain, and you are with God, whom you served loyally. May you rest in peace my dear friend, you will always hold a place in my heart. Love you Pat ❤️
