62 of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away with his family by his side on January 10, 2011. He was a loving and devoted husband, step-father, and step-grandfather. He is survived by his wife Karen; step-daughters Kristie, Callista, Kelley; 3 step-grandsons; 2 step-granddaughters; and brother Guerry. A visitation will be from 6 to 9 pm on Thursday, January 13, 2011 and a funeral service at 1:30 pm on Friday, January 14, 2011 with both being held at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W. Northern Ave. Glendale, Arizona.
