Don Crawford

Don Crawford, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2015 in Prescott, AZ. He was born on August 31, 1942 in Los Angeles, CA to Bearl and Melba Crawford. Don is survived by his loving wife Mary Anne of 52 years; daughter, Regina Perdue and her husband Jeff; daughter, Christie White and her husband Mike; brother Eddie Crawford and his wife Faye; grandson, Jordan Perdue, his wife Jenise and great granddaughter Kennedy; granddaughter, Brandi Kondratenko and her husband Joshua. He is preceded in death by his mother, Melba Crawford, father Bearl Crawford and his grandparents. Don moved to Glendale, AZ when he was a young boy and attended Glendale High School, married Mary Anne and raised his daughters. He retired from the Arizona Republic after 33 years and moved to Cordes Lakes, AZ. He had a love for tennis, hunting, fishing, camping, bowling, shooting pool, playing baseball, horseshoes, poker and watching Diamondbacks and Cardinals games. His big smile, kindness and huge hugs will be truly missed by his family and friends. He will forever be in our hearts.
